Seitdem ich stricke, wollte ich auch so ein Maschinchen haben und in der Blogwelt bewundere ich täglich ganz wunderbare genähte Sachen.
Mein nächster Stop war natürlich die Bibliothek und ich habe insgesamt 9 Bücher zum Thema mitgenommen. :-) Jetzt habe ich sie vorbereitet, was gar nicht so einfach war, doch zum Glück war eine DVD dabei so, dass das mit dem Garn fädeln & Spule & Co auch geklappt hat.

Ha, I am soooo limited in what I can do; I feel like I'm the one who needs a teacher! =P
Seriously though, I learn a ton googling videos and from books like 1 Yard wonders. I think the Brett Bara book 'Sewing in a Straight Line' also looks like a good one.
Something exciting: The publishers mailed me a copy of the new 1 Yard Wonders book to review on my blog!! I was JUST flipping through it today and looking forward to trying something! (top secret, lol)

Katrin, dann müssen wir unbedingt mal was zusammen machen!! Jippieh! In Keene gibte übrigens NE Fabrics, die richtig groß sind.
Davids Weste ist ok geworden und ich habe 1 seiner Jeans in Bell-bottoms verändert. Das macht echt viel Spaß!
